Excursions: The summer school incorporates elements of tourism whereby participants are taken to places of historical importance including Assin Manso Slave Post, Cape Coast Castle where the slaves were kept before shipment to the Americas, Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, DuBois Center for Pan African Studies, etc.
